New Board Members Join GNOFN

We are pleased to welcome Victoria Adams Phipps (JPMorganChase.), Kellie Chavez Greene (Greater New Orleans Foundation), and Ella Aglipay Delio (Women's Foundation of the South) as the newest members of the Greater New Orleans Funders Network's Board of Directors.

Victoria brings deep experience advancing economic opportunity, entrepreneurship, and inclusive growth across Greater New Orleans. As a Program Officer and Vice President of Global Philanthropy at JPMorganChase., she leads a diverse portfolio of philanthropic strategies that drive economic growth across the US, including in New Orleans. Victoria also serves as the Co-Chair of the GNOFN Equitable Development Action Table. Her previous leadership roles at The Idea Village and the New Orleans Business Alliance helped strengthen the region’s entrepreneurial ecosystem and advance strategies to create opportunity for residents and businesses. Victoria’s cross-sector experience and longstanding commitment to Greater New Orleans will be a valuable addition to GNOFN’s Board and our shared efforts to advance equity across the region.  

Kellie brings more than a decade of experience in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership, with expertise spanning workforce development, environmental sustainability, disaster preparedness and recovery, nonprofit effectiveness, and racial equity. As Vice President for Programs at the Greater New Orleans Foundation, she leads grantmaking, strategic partnerships, and programmatic initiatives that address critical needs across the region. We look forward to the perspective and experience Kellie will bring to GNOFN’s collective work.

Ella brings more than two decades of cross-sector experience spanning philanthropy, environmental sustainability, economic opportunity, and community resilience. As Vice President of Programs at the Women’s Foundation of the South, she helps advance programmatic strategies that invest in the health, wealth, and power of women and gender-expansive people across the South. Previously, she spent seven years at the Greater New Orleans Foundation (GNOF), where she led environmental grantmaking and helped build the “living with water” movement in Southeast Louisiana through leveraging philanthropic investments and developing strong nonprofit coalitions and cross-sector collaboration. While at GNOF, Ella also served as GNOFN’s Climate Justice Action Table Co-Chair. Her earlier experience includes  the World Resources Institute, where she supported environmental enterprises and investors across six emerging countries in Latin America and Asia. Ella also brings experience from her career in the private sector, including at Procter & Gamble in the Philippines, giving her a distinctive perspective on how business, philanthropy, and community leadership can work together to advance more equitable and sustainable outcomes.

Together, Victoria, Kellie, and Ella bring a wealth of philanthropic, nonprofit, private-sector, and cross-sector experience, along with deep knowledge of the Greater New Orleans region. Their diverse perspectives and longstanding relationships will strengthen GNOFN’s ability to connect funders, community leaders, and partners around shared priorities and advance community wellbeing across Southeast Louisiana.
