The Greater New Orleans Funders Network (GNOFN) is proud to award a $20,000 grant from our Black Men & Boys Action Table to the New Orleans Children & Youth Planning Board (CYPB) to support their ongoing work engaging Black boys in the refinement of the Youth Master Plan. This bold, youth-led roadmap aims to transform outcomes for young people in New Orleans.

Heroes walk among us every day. They mentor youth, fight for justice, care for neighbors, build coalitions, and hold communities together, often with few resources and little recognition. GNOFN’s Restoration and Rejuvenation Initiative (R2I) was created to change that.
